** Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) fee is available for a yearly fee (20% of your current license price). The service includes:

  • Response time of 24 hours or less on most requests
  • Access to our online knowledge base 24/7
  • Immediate access to product updates and upgrades
  • Maintenance updates, hotfixes and patches
  • Full licensing and installation assistance
  • Invitation to participate in beta programs
