This workshop provides the finance team with a complete hands-on knowledge of structuring and working in Budget Maestro to prepare a budget.

Attendees should come prepared with a licensed copy of Budget Maestro on a laptop and full trial balances and structure from their General Ledger as well as working copies of their existing budget.

Day 1:  Structure, Operating Expenses & Revenue

Day 2:  Personnel, Reporting & What-if

Day 3:  Security & Maintenance
