Centage Ranks as an Overall Leader in 2022 Dresner Wisdom of Crowds® Enterprise Performance Management Market Study
Framingham, MA (July, 6, 2022) – Centage Corporation (www.centage.com), the leading provider of cloud FP&A solutions to SMB finance teams, announced that it was ranked for the third straight year as an Overall Leader in both Customer Experience and Vendor Credibility - improving its position in the Vendor Credibility model - in the 2022 Dresner Advisory Services Wisdom of Crowds® Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Study. Centage also maintained a Perfect Score for Likelihood to Recommend.

In this year’s study, Centage scored above the overall sample in all categories of measurement, with improvements in quality of technical support and integrity. Of specific note within the technical support scores are key improvements in support professionalism, product knowledge, and responsiveness. In addition, Centage was acknowledged by Dresner Advisory Services as best in class for sales contractual terms and conditions, with a 100% recommendation score.

The study found that current usage of enterprise performance management software increased to fifty-four percent, up from fifty-one percent in 2021. The study further found that the top three planning priorities remain unchanged (annual financial budgets, cash-flow forecasting, and headcount planning) while strategic planning continued its rise up the rankings, moving up to fourth place.
